Halcyon Days :: Yohmi's Story
It did seem as though a number of the Firushudot
disappeared behind him, in the direction of the entrance where Yohmi came in. He decides that going further into the ruins may actually be safer than trying for the exit at this point. Ever careful not to disturb the water any more than he must, Yohmi feels his way along the lower ceiling and much to his delight, finds a platform he can climb up onto and out of the water.
"Thanks goodness," he says to himself as he leans back against a wall to rest his weary body, "If only it wasn't so dang dark in here."
